Instructor
Calli’s background began when she was six and started ice-skating. She competed all over Britain for nine years until a knee injury stopped her skating, at which point, Calli progressed into a career in fitness.
After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia Calli moved to Australia in 2007 to recover, and once she got to the point where she could train again and get, Calli finally felt able to revisit her love, and train to become a personal trainer.
Owning her own company in Brisbane Calli realised that she really enjoyed assisting people who had on going niggles and pains as she can truly empathise. Turning her training to pilates, Calli felt she could not only work towards having a pain-free life style but share her experiences and help more people to achieve day-to-day functioning with limited to no pain.
“What I love most about my job is making a difference in someone’s day, in someones life. To either give someone the workout they request to make them feel great that day or to help relieve someone’s pain is such a great feeling. I hope to bring lots of energy, smiles and laughter to the studio, whilst giving my clients a great workout or stretch. In my spare time I love to cycle, be active and most of all sing. Music is a happy place for me so you may find me singing in your classes!”
