Amanda’s journey with Pilates began back in 2009. After suffering knee pain over the years Amanda decided to give Pilates a go: after only a few sessions not only was the knee pain disappearing, but her body was getting strong. Since then, Amanda has developed a passion for Pilates, practicing studio and mat most days.
Amanda completed her Pilates mat training with #polestarpilates in mid 2014. Since then, Amanda has been teaching beginner and intermediate classes in studios and open corporate classes. These classes focus on mobilizing the body as well as highlighting the mind/body connection to get the best movement for clients.
