Specialising in helping both women and men develop body awareness and strength. My journey began with pole dancing, which led me to incorporate yoga and weight-lifting into my routine for enhanced strength and flexibility.
My passion for body awareness and movement control inspired me to become a Pilates and Yoga Instructor.
I’ve completed intensive courses on hip, knee, and shoulder injuries to provide comprehensive support to my clients. I also focus on supporting women, particularly those who have had children or are experiencing hormonal changes due to perimenopause. I help women navigate these stages and create effective fitness strategies.
My Pilates classes are designed to build strength and flexibility. I look forward to seeing you the Mg Pilates studio soon.
