Our mat classes are a full body workout designed to improve your strength, posture and mobility. With a focus on the abdominals, each class is programmed to tone, stretch and work the entire body.
A better flow and an increased intensity will materialise as your core strengthens and your confidence rises.
Are mat classes right for you?
Mat classes are for everyone, from the absolute beginner to the experienced and acrobatic, however, mat classes are not recommended during pregnancy.
We would strongly recommend studio sessions for anyone seeing a practitioner (physio, osteo, chiro) for issues such as disc pathologies or osteoporosis, or if you are pregnant.
If you are unsure of your level or whether a mat class is suitable for you, we recommend first coming in for an initial consultation.
Bookings are essential as classes are often very full.
