Sign up to the One-Month Pilates Challenge and redirect your mind and body towards a healthier, happier and stronger you. A cunning combination of Pilates, cardio fitness and healthy eating, the One-Month Challenge is the ultimate re-set.
Pilates
You will aim to attend four Pilates Mat Classes a week. Starting with beginners’ exercises, the level of intensity will increase week by week.
By the end of the Challenge you’ll have toned the muscles in your arms, legs, bum and the all important transverse abdominals, and you’ll feel stronger and leaner.
You’ll easily be able to detect a new strength in your core and know what it means to switch on your pelvic floor. And you’re likely to be a little bit taller!
Cardio fitness
Optional fitness training takes place 15 minutes before each class. This will improve cardio fitness and assist with weight loss. And it’s fun!
A healthy eating plan
To complement your Pilates classes we have created a whole body health program, revised and updated by a fully accredited dietician and nutritionist.
We provide vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes, a complimentary menu plans and accompanying sample shopping lists – it’s up to you if you adhere to them strictly or simply modify them to your life.
So, what are you waiting for? Commit for just one month and feel the extraordinary benefits physically, mentally and holistically.

What past Challengers have to say…
“I LOVED the Challenge. It was very organised, Annie explains each exercise very well. All instructors were very observant with well-tailored feedback for my individual needs.
…I feel my lower back mobility and core strength improved a lot over the 4 weeks. I’d happily recommend the Challenge to anyone and would love to participate again.” Kat Gilbert.
“I really enjoyed everything about the Challenge – I don’t want it to be over! I have lost weight, toned up and feel great. Thank you Annie.” Wyleng Stinton
“I’ve done the One Month Pilates Challenge several times now and see positive results every time I complete it. The classes begin with the basics (a great refresher for those already familiar with mat classes), and gradually build up to more difficult exercises. The Pilates challenge is perfect for building strength and toning muscles, and just feeling good in general. This is also complimented by the detox. The challenge is definitely worth it!” Amanda Lansdowne
“I’ve recently completed my second ‘Pilates Only’ Challenge with MG Pilates and I can’t wait for the third! I love the back to basics in week one which is very effective, and just when you think nothing much is happening you reach week four and out comes the magic circle. It’s then that the realisation kicks in that you’ve got seriously stronger as you attempt things that were strictly not happening in week one. It changes the way you use and think about your body. I’m sitting up straighter and using those abs I once declared missing in action. Annie has a great energy as a teacher and makes those 6.30am starts bearable!” Wendy Mather
“Had a great time with the classes, the graduation from easy to harder was great. The diet was easy to follow. While I didn’t follow many recipes I took the list of allowed food and went with that. It was surprisingly easy to do.” Nichola Jephcott
“I signed up very spontaneously a few days before it started but got really into it right away and felt the benefits after only a few days. The classes were really excellent and the teachers were supportive and encouraging (“Looking good guys!)” even so early in the morning which I thought was amazing. It did take me a few weeks to adjust to the early starts but the fact that the classes moved quickly to new levels of challenge meant that I was super motivated to make it every morning. It was my first time at MG Pilates and I thought the space had a great feeling and was well set up, all the details – glasses of water and hand sanitizer for example really showed thoughtfulness and care.
Unfortunately I had already scheduled 2 weekends away during the challenge so I had to miss a couple of days, I really appreciated the option of making up one or two of those classes and it was a great way of discovering the Wednesday night beginners class to refine my technique. It made the whole thing feel very supported and there was a general good vibe of mutual encouragement amongst the students. Thanks so much!” Holly Williams
“This is the second Challenge I’ve completed. The first was great, but I think the second was excellent. Loved incorporating the music! The build up in intensity was well paced and well thought out. Thanks again.” James Vesper
“The kick start I needed to get back to a better diet and exercise regime.” Michelle Forwood
