Why a Pilates mat class?
With a focus on the breath and flow, Pilates exercises relieve stress and soothe aches and pains. With all the hunching, sitting, and planning we tend to do, the cues and corrections of each class will increase your postural and muscular awareness, both inside the studio and the minute you step out of it.
Lunchtime special mat class
This 45 minute “lunchtime special” squeezes a healthy pause into your day.
A quick workout to give you a physical and mental break from the computer, it will get you back into your body and leave you feeling not only energised but ready to tackle the afternoon.

Beginner mat class
Our beginner mat classes are for people who have never tried Pilates before, those who’ve had a substantial break from the practice, and for many of us whose bodies might have their fair share of quirks yet don’t require individual postural correction.
Intermediate mat class
Our intermediate mat classes are for those who have attended ten or more classes recently. We take it up a notch with more challenging exercises.
Open mat class
Open level classes are open to everyone. The class involves both beginner and intermediate exercises and, depending on the mood of the instructor and of the group, some more advanced repertoire might be thrown in to mix things up.
If you are brand new to Pilates we suggest that you take some beginner classes first to learn some technique.
