Monica has always led an active lifestyle, having trained in classical ballet, tap and jazz as a child. Her love for movement blossomed into a passion for Pilates, yoga, and barre, which she found not only strengthened and toned her body, but also enhanced her concentration and overall wellbeing. Regular practice became an essential part of Monica’s routine, and she knew that sharing this passion through teaching was a natural progression. Monica went on to complete her Pilates matwork certification through Polestar Pilates, and continues to build on her skills and repertoire.
Monica aims to create a balanced class that incorporates grace, strength, and flexibility to foster the relationship between the body and the mind. With a focus on body awareness through functional movement, expect a challenging class with light-hearted fun!
