So that we can provide a professional and smooth running Pilates studio for you, we ask that you read through our booking terms and conditions. If you have any questions please feel free to contact us.
You are required to start with an initial consultation before commencing studio sessions, even if you have done Pilates elsewhere before.
All studio sessions must be pre-booked. Classes can be booked either online, by email at email@example.com or by phone on 0410 581 466.
On the day
For hygiene reasons we ask that you wear socks
Dress so that you can move your body in freely. Tights and leotards are back in fashion so don’t let us stop you…
Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a class to make the time available to others.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations.
If you are on a package, it is your responsibility to re-book this missed session within the calendar month.
For clients paying casually
A late cancel charge of the cost of the class will be applied if you cancel within 24 hours.
Option to pay by direct debit (AutoPay) or casually.
Package rates are only available to clients signed up to direct debit.
All sessions paid for must be used within the month and are not transferable to the next month if unused.
If you choose to pay by AutoPay your first payment will be on the first day of the next calendar month.
Any sessions attended in the studio prior to your first Autopayment can be purchased in the studio at a pro-rata rate.
To freeze your AutoPay
To freeze your AutoPay, a request must be submitted in writing 3 business days in advance of your next billing date. The billing date is the first day of the month. Freezing AutoPayments will not be backdated.
You may freeze your AutoPay for a minimum of 30 days. Longer periods must be in monthly increments. You can freeze your AutoPay for a maximum of 6 months.
You must give us an end date. We are unable to freeze your AutoPay for an unlimited time. Should you need to extend the period of time your AutoPay is frozen for please call or email the studio.
Following the end of your requested freeze period, your monthly AutoPay will automatically be reactivated.
Whilst your AutoPay is suspended you can attend a class and pay the casual rate.
Your AutoPay will be frozen from the first day of the month that you have requested.
Sharing studio Packages with Family and Partners
Only studio packages can be shared with family members and partners.
Packages are NOT transferable or refundable.
Cancellation of package
Your package may be cancelled at any time. Please advise us in writing 3 business days in advance of your next payment. Payments are debited on the first of the month.
We require a minimum of 7 days notice if you would like to change your package. The upgrade will apply from the next calendar month.
